About ClearMaps

Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey of self-discovery and growth by providing expert coaching, transformative dialogue, and collaborative communities dedicated to fostering the emergence of human potential.

Vision

ClearMaps aspires to be a catalyst for a cultural shift towards greater self-awareness, grounded wisdom, collaborative intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit, where communities thrive on shared growth, trust, and the stewardship of collective potential.

Launched in 2025 in response to the collective geopolitical turmoil and uncertainty, ClearMaps aspires to be a digital home for future oriented thinkers, doers, and cultivators of human potential and spirit.

The long term solution to our planetary struggle is the development of a culture which deeply understands human nature, its developmental journey, and the skills needed to facilitate growth, collaboration, integrity, and wholeness in each other.

The ClearMaps Roadmap

ClearMaps In The Near Term

From Edward:

My ClearMaps Roadmap (CMR) article was a plan captured in an inspirational moment in time. All plans have to adapt once they start executing. Since writing CMR and the Community Operating System (COS), I have learned about Worker Cooperatives and more specifically Platform Cooperatives. In the COS article I envisioned a fabric of interdependent businesses that I’ve come to see as a Federation of Cooperatives, of which there are many examples today. With Blockchain technologies and now Agentic AI that can code, the development of a universal software platform that functions as the basis of spinning out a federation of interoperable platform cooperatives is inevitable. It’s not a matter of if, but when.

If Platform Cooperatives already exist and Federated Cooperatives exist, then what is the purpose and need for ClearMaps? The Cooperative legal structures and Platform Cooperative technology structures exist like a Trellis for vines to grow along. Each cooperative is like a petri dish growing a strain of human culture inside of it. What makes ClearMaps different is that we have a focus on intentional culture and cultivating practices of relating and behaving that embody Transpersonal Values. I have also written about Embodied Transpersonal Culture (ETC). I want ClearMaps to be a tent where people can come together to discuss, practice, and refine new culture for how we move forward with collaborative and cooperative tools to create the world we want to live in.

2026: ClearMaps starts as a Coaching and AI Consulting business, bringing people together in groups and communities to support each other’s growth and development. A ClearMaps Facilitator training program will be developed and graduate participants. By the end of 2026, ClearMaps will have a density of aligned and practiced individuals that can codify the next stage as a worker cooperative incubating individuals along their trajectories of growth, helping people make the transition to entrepreneurship for themselves, and helping other values and mission aligned businesses emerge and thrive.

2027: As ClearMaps becomes a self-sustaining cooperative, my focus will shift to building and coordinating a second worker cooperative of software developers and technologists focused on building the tools needed to sustain the vision of the COS. These two cooperatives will work symbiotically to create the virtuous cycle of surfacing the need for collaborative tools and providing the tools that meet those needs. One of the long term focuses of this software cooperative is to build the blockchain tooling that enables new cooperative financial interactions, community investment, and turn key business logistics on chain.

2028 and Beyond: Having created the two essential symbiotic organizations, the ecosystem evolves itself.

With a deep understanding of human psychology, memetics, and mirror neurons, it is clear that cultural change is not something that can occur through ideation alone, it must be practiced in order to be embodied.

Our lives are lived in stable feedback loops with our environment.

To effectuate meaningful change in our lives, we need to enter new contexts which help us explore and anchor the values and behavior we wish to embody.
